Step 2 – Mounting recommendations.  It is recommended to connect head covers in pairs of two (2).  If you have an odd number of head covers, one grouping would be connected in a group of three (3).  It is most beneficial to connect had covers for clubs that are similar in length.  It is also recommended to connect head covers for the clubs that are in a similar area of the golf bag.

Step 3 – Identify the pieces.

Step 4 – Attach a button tack onto the mounting tool.  Twisting the tack will allow the Velcro to attach with a stronger bond.

Step 5 – Insert the mounting tool with attached tack into the head cover.

Step 6 – Push the button tack through the head cover material near the top most region of the head cover ( the forehead of the head cover).

Step 7- Place the large key ring over the tack point with your free hand.

Step 8 – Firmly snap the button cap onto the tack point.  Apply pressure from the mounting tool in order to firmly snap the cap onto the tack.  Once the cap has been secured, twist and pull on the mounting tool.  The Velcro will disconnect leaving the button tack mounted.

Step 9 – Continue until you have mounted a Cover Keeper button onto each of your head covers.

Step 10 – Connect the black elastic cord to the appropriate key ring if the correct clubs are not yet linked together.  The small key ring should remain on the black elastic cord permanently.  To switch the black elastic cords. Disconnect the small key ring from the large key ring.
